Had my first appointment with Jooles today and I can’t recommend her enough! Such a lovely lady made me feel so comfortable had the best experience. I used to travel quite a distance for my Botox to another clinic, but was never 100% happy with my results. On the verge of giving up, Jooles was recommended to me by a close friend, and I’m so thankful she was. Jooles’ treatments are absolutely second to none. She’s extremely knowledgeable, comforting and friendly. I’ve visited Jooles 3 times for Botox now, and for tear trough filler too, of which the results for each have been fantastic. She really listens to your wishes, takes her time with procedures ensuring you’re happy with your results. 5 stars don’t do justice. I went to Jooles about a month ago for lip filler, cheekbone filler and chin filler and I am so so pleased with the results. She was very thorough when explaining the process and aftercare, she also took a lot of time to ensure the placement was symmetrical. The filler looks incredibly natural but has enhanced my face just enough. I also barely got any bruising or pain from the treatments in the following days, something that has been noticeable previously with other practitioners. I definitely recommend and will be back!!

It was my first time having a new procedure so she talked everything through with me, answering my numerous questions without making me feel rushed. She was extremely patient.
