Booking Fee Terms & Conditions

The 15% booking fee is non-refundable but will be taken off the cost of your treatment.
If you need to rearrange your appointment, please give me at least 24 hours’ notice. If you do this and rearrange for a date within 3 months, your booking fee will be put towards your next treatment.
If you do not give 24 hours’ notice to rearrange your appointment or you do not attend your appointment, you will lose your booking fee.
